If you have not visited the new
site:
Log in with your current agency or subscriber user name and password.
This information was probably assigned to you when you first subscribed.
If you do not
know your OLD log in credentials please "contact us" and
select the General or
Agency box at the top of the screen.
You MUST use your VALID e-mail
address as your user name.
Be careful to type you e-mail address correctly
when updating your user name.
You should receive an automated e-mail after you update your information.
Be certain you have selected the correct "user
type";agency or subscriber.
If you have forgotten your password and have
updated your account user name successfully on the new web site:
use the forgot password button and your
information will be e-mailed to you.
If you are an Agency user and are trying to
log on to submit a procurement
opportunity and are having difficulty, please verify with your Agency
administrator
that you have log in credentials.
If you are an Agency that wishes to view a
opportunity that is posted, you must also
hold a subscriber account.
If you are an Agency person that also has a
subscription: You must update both of
your accounts on the appropriate page, with your email addresses
and your user
name. You can then change your password to match, if you desire.
Please be certain that your browser has cookies
enabled. If they are disabled you
will be unable to log-in.
Please be certain to view the subscriber tutorials, once you have
logged in. The
system has changed, refreshing on the New NYSCR site will be useful
