Classroom Customer ServiceTraining Program
Description:
The Office of the University Controller of The City University of New York (“CUNY”)
anticipates entering into a single source agreement to provide CUNY employees with a classroom customer service training program.
Requirements will include a national leader in the field of student retention, with twenty years of experience, which geared specifically to employees who work in college student services offices.
Services will include providing a classroom customer service training program developed specifically for employees in college student services departments. Services will also include offering two courses: (1) for student service employees who work directly with customers (for example, students) and (2) for managers and supervisors of student services areas.
Entities which believe that they meet these requirements may submit a proposal to the designated contact person below detailing same, including their qualifications and experiences to perform the identified services. No subcontracting allowed.
Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through others may constitute an “impermissible contact” under state law, and could result in disqualification of that vendor.
